This tablet, worn softly by time, bears two engraved faces that reveal different moments in the story of Xul’Ta K’uun, an enigmatic voyager said to bridge the realms of earth and sky.
Front Face — The Listener Between Worlds
The being is shown in a curled, contemplative posture. Its elongated head and almond-shaped eyes hint at an intelligence shaped by distant horizons. The geometric patterns across its body flow like currents of unseen energy.
From its lips rises a small spiral glyph—the breath-thought—symbol of silent communication and the sharing of knowledge across vast distances.
Reverse Face — The Keeper of Tools and Light
The other side portrays Xul’Ta K’uun seated and focused, holding a cylindrical instrument in one hand and a cup-like vessel in the other. Around it swirl spirals and stepped shapes, symbols long associated with transition, awakening, and contact with realms beyond sight.
These motifs suggest a ritual of tuning, aligning, or opening perception—an act through which the Herald of the Spiral Dawn attunes to the greater cosmos.
Across both faces, the tablet’s quiet markings evoke an old story:
a being who listens, and then responds;
a traveler who receives the message of the stars, and then acts upon it.
